Sr. Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a driven, experienced strategic partner manager to join this fast growing collaborative team. You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.

As one of the early stage members of the Alula team, you’ll have the opportunity to lay the foundation of partner management and operations. Alula’s strategic partner ecosystem consists of a wide array of partners. From academic hospitals, to cancer advocacy groups - Alula partners with both large institutions to smaller patient-centric charities and organizations. We’re looking for someone to join our team to manage our existing partners, build and lead relationships with senior stakeholders, identify opportunities and refine our partner management strategy. You will play a vital role in shaping the future strategy and operations of existing partnerships- ensuring ongoing value to our partners and ultimately, patients and caregivers.

Since we’re small and nimble at this stage, you will also have the opportunity to wear a few different hats, run with ambiguous problems, and take ownership of the solutions you develop.

Your responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver customized and compelling pitches to a wide array of organizations.

Understand our partners’ strategic priorities, challenges and internal roadmaps; regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams
Manage the strategy and execution of current and new strategic partners. Continuously report back on the effectiveness of the partnership with internal and external teams and provide recommendations for improvement.
Own, measure and grow partnerships initiatives against identified goals for growth and user and partner satisfaction.
Build partnership playbooks and collaborate with design for collateral creation.
Identify and develop new relationships with multiple key stakeholders at organizations to increase awareness of Alula.
