We’re solving the personalized wellness accessibility issue - COO for health tech start up (Equity Only)

My Well Self is a platform that simplifies the wellness journey and keeps people well.

We are a personalized health wellness navigation service that provides 1:1 virtual support from expert care navigators. We help triage health issues, route clients to our vetted pool of wellness providers and keep them at their best well self with SMART wellness goals.

We are searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team along with the founder and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and CTO ( Chief Technology Officer).
The COO also works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to direct the business in achieving its objectives.

Tasks are aligned with the company’s strategies and overall goals that help increase sales and overall productivity.

This role is suitable for someone who understands the start-up environment and is willing to take an optimistic leap on the company mission and goals.

We are seeking someone with the preferable experience:

• Supporting company operations, management of project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity.
• Supporting in the development of actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.
• Supporting in the development of actionable customer success and retention strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure increased repeat purchases by building customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Building and maintaining relationships with other professionals and organizations.

Our ideal candidate has drive and passion and understands the hustle in a start up environment. They are prepared to make hard decisions and comfortable expressimg opinions – both favourable and unfavourable.

Our ideal candidate has experience preferably within the industry and believes in the vision and mission of My Well Self not only as a service but a brand.

This is an equity only role with someone who can commit 10-15 hours a week.
