Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team as we continue building features to support our public safety platform. Our products solve challenging problems unique to the public safety space. Our product also promotes efficient data input, cutting down on paperwork and keeping officers in the streets, serving their communities. To that end, the product team thrives on our uncanny ability to research and break down complex problems into simple and delightful user experiences. Previous Product Management experience is a must for this role. You will be managing feature development from concept to deployment. Utilizing agile/kanban methodologies, you will work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the features we build solve the most urgent needs of our customers.

What we expect from you:

3-5 years working experience in a product management role, preferably working for an enterprise software company or experience with government customers
Experience overseeing a product or project from concept to launch
The business, design, and tech acumen to have productive discussions with sales, designers and engineers
Ability to see the simplest path through a complex workflow
Knows how to channel the points-of-view of a wide range of stakeholders
Working knowledge of SQL strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortability working with distributed teams
Comfortability doing field research alongside law enforcement and public safety professionals
Passion for holistic product design that solves real problems
Ability to work in a fast moving and intense environment
An interest in GovTech and the public safety space
Willingness to empathize with users who may be unlike yourself
Willingness to travel up to 25%
