UX - Senior/Lead

We're looking for designers who can help us elevate our design system & launch high-end marketing campaigns . You will collaborate with marketing & product teams to maintain visual consistency across our product, & various platforms. To do so, you need a highly refined design aesthetic, as well as an understanding for user-centered design principles.

Through collaboration with engineers/UX/product managers, you will solve big interaction & visual design challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Team up with the UX Designers to implement user flows and create hi-fidelity prototypes to solve challenging UX problems and get them validated with usability tests.

• Collaborate with engineers to breathe life into products with end-to-end journeys, and user interfaces of your incredible designs.

• Develop mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate the interaction and design intent.

• Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners.

• Document insights and interaction models based on user feedback.

• Create and maintain design systems for all of our products.

• Obsess over the details of visual consistency and motion design.

• Goal-based design solutions which should be tracked for impact in terms of different product matrices.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience with UI design.

• Portfolio of UI-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.

• Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion.

• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.

• Highly skilled in one or more preferred design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC suite, InVision or any other.

• Effective lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills.

• Have shipped one or more product.

• Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, emails).
