Sr. Manager, Health Programs

As the Sr. Manager of Health Programs, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and delivery of evidence-based health programs to help our members reduce their health risks and/or manage their health conditions to achieve better health outcomes.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Health and will have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class product, design, and engineering teams to deliver health programs to our members across North America, through the League platform. You will also work closely with our data analytics team to measure, report and communicate on member engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes to the leadership team and clients.

What we hope to see in your background?
* 8+ years experience in the field of healthcare, with 5+ years in health program development and delivery, focused on achieving health outcomes
* Has an active clinical license and domain expertise; masters degree is preferred
* Deep knowledge in understanding and application of health and lifestyle interventions at an individual and population level; and has previously demonstrated success in driving health behaviour change
* Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations around digital delivery of health interventions
* Has experience with developing people and teams
