Technical Training and Support Executive

Job Description:

• Understand different technical features of multiple Kisan Network mobile and web applications from the engineering team
• Prepare detailed training material and conduct individual / group training sessions of Kisan Network field executives in above features
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Prepare material such as training manual, short videos etc. OR select training methods which include lecture with audio-visuals, group discussions, demonstrations, and practice sessions with feedback.
• Support and mentor new employees
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee technical performance and response to training
• Convey information to a variety of people including managers, engineering team, human resources, finance team etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, information technology, or related field. B.Tech preferred. This requirement can be offset depending on knowledge of training and instruction methods and methods for measuring training effectiveness.
• Ability to communicate information with a diverse mix of personalities clearly.
• Certification from talent and training associations a plus
• Previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position will have an added advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English & Hindi. Knowledge of any other Indian language will be plus.
