Would be responsible and in charge for day to day operations of the company.
Setting up the software systems and making sure the application is developed and updated on a regular basis.
Make all executive decisions with regards to the technological interests of a company. Will be responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs
