Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What You'll Be Doing?

• Manage and prepare monthly financial reporting pack for Sr management and Board
• Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance
• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan
• Manage the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process coordinating inputs from all relevant stakeholders and budget owners
• Build the budget and forecast models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
• Prepare adhoc analysis of complex financial and non financial information to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Data analysis to drive efficiencies and ROI in various work streams (pricing, operation, marketing)
• Work with a BI tool and build dashboard reports to provide meaningful insight on the business
• Other adhoc matters required by the Company

Who We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree/Master in Finance or in Management. CFA is a plus
• 5 years of relevant experience in driving business performance
• Strong Excel expertise (Index/match/Vlookup/if…)
• High level of commercial acumen is a MUST
• Able to solve complex problems
• Knowledge in SQL or R would be a plus
• Solid analytical skills and a close attention to detail
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
