Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee cryptocurrency transactions, maintain financial records, and ensure smooth operations at Aethir.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organised cashier station, process cryptocurrency transactions accurately and securely using our digital payment systems.
• Execute payments accurately and securely, leveraging appropriate payment methods and platforms in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle fiat currency transactions and reconcile them with cryptocurrency transactions.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
• Manage the company's financial records and transactions related to cryptocurrency holdings.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges to track transactions and balances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures for cryptocurrency transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology sector. Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and transaction monitoring tools.
• Prior experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial services, particularly in the cryptocurrency-related company is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite. Experienced in QuickBooks accounting software preferred but not a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Commitment to integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with internal stakeholders.
