Requirements

Must Have

• Must be self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must have an active Broker's License in Illinois
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission environment
• Ability to succeed in a competitive, results-oriented environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Over 18 months practical experience and exposure to Salesforce (or related CRM)
• Spanish and/or Chinese language a plus
