The Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales associates team. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primarily responsible for opening up and developing relationships with new customers.
• Plan, design, co-write or co-author, publish, track and promote marketing content across various channels for Gray Routes services
• Study efficiency of marketing channels and oversee sales-generating marketing budgets
• Generating qualified leads for various services of Gray Routes
• Use Inbound Lead Generation tools such as Blogs, PR and Email Marketing to hunt for new business
• Manage the inside sales associates team
• Set and track sales targets for your team
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
• Build an open-communication environment for your team
• Liaise with BD/Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
• Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose Gray Routes solutions that help clients meet their business objectives
• Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Inside sales associates, BD Team & Regional Sales Head
• Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments as agreed with the Sales Leadership

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales
• BA/BS/BBA/BMS degree or equivalent, Post-graduate in Management preferred
• Familiarity and working knowledge of
- Webex,
- GoToMeeting,
- CRM applications,
- Email and content marketing automation solutions like Marketo/Hubspot etc,
- Dealing with international customers, odd hours, flexible work environment
• Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
• Must be able to do research for lead generation
• Good to have experience in use of social media like LinkedIn, Twitter to generate leads
• Good to have Knowledge on email marketing
• Open to do cold calling
• Experience in dealing with overseas clients
• Good to have technical background

- Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion
