Your role will cover the following areas of work:
a) Administrative Tasks - 40%
• Preparation of translations/course material with delivery teams
• Coordinate pick-up / deliveries / logistics
• Support bank/payment processes
• Administrative support for executive directors
b) Sales Support - 20%
• Respond to inquiries and Prepare quotations
• Attend phone / tawk
• Contact customers via email and phone
c) Project Management and Coordination – 40%
• Identify and coordinate with linguists / instructors / ET partners
• Coordinate & support onsite projects
• Support special projects and initiatives from delivery and ExCom team
