This exciting role will be one of the first hires in a new marketing and growth function at Fuzzy. Based out of San Francisco (Remote Considered)
We are building a best-in-class in-house team to help drive profitable, and sustainable customer acquisition.
This is a role that will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate and optimize customer acquisition while driving outcomes for the business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and lead the paid media + app campaigns delivering against monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. Hands-on Facebook Experience - a must.
- Manage 3rd party agencies to deliver against set KPIs and goals
- Drive forward the creative strategy alongside internal colleagues to ensure our presence and performance is optimal on paid media channels.
- Own and collaborate on the consumer journey from click to landing page to purchase.
- Analyze the performance of campaigns, facilitating optimisations in order to hit and exceed goals
- Generate hypotheses and testing roadmaps driven by data to improve marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
- Lead and Support a variety of strategic projects across multiple channels to drive down CAC inc. Direct Mail, Referral Programs and Brand Partnerships
- Deliver high-quality reports, studies and presentations to the wider Fuzzy company
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand and 3rd Party Vendors to transform your ideas into compelling results-driven campaigns.
Background, Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in growth, or media, role and a key understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Experience and confidence in managing significant media budgets (>$1m)
- Start-up experience a big plus
- An understanding of paid media and growth landscape, including trends, changes in the platforms
- Expertise in platform analytics, pixel mapping and tracking (GTM)
- Understanding of LTV:CAC, Subscription Models, Churn and Growth metrics
- Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Confidence speaking about data, economics and mathematics. The language of Fuzzy Growth is LTV:CAC.
