Relationship Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing and managing Dealer channels and customers from the market and acquiring Medical Equipment Loans, Doctor Loans and Business Loans

- Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals

- Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization's loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant

- Identify and recommend products that meets the customer's needs and the organization's lending guidelines

- Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along

- Responsible for completing the post approval documentation to complete the disbursement

- The incumbent should have good networking and relationship building skills.

- The incumbent has to be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.

- To identifying the need of changing market trends, channel development

- The incumbent should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
