Everstage is hiring for 3-4 talented Pre-sales / Solutions Engineers to join our early team. This will be a highly independent role where you will be responsible for problem-solving, solutioning and onboarding prospective global customers successfully. The role will be one of the critical additions to our GTM team and will provide an extensive opportunity to be creative and to influence the solutioning and customer onboarding process design.
Responsibilities for this role
- Demonstrate product capabilities with prospect through L2 demos
- Engage with prospects to map out current processes
- Solution the Everstage product to meet the unique requirements of the Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
- Determine input data required from various departments on the prospects end
- Draw out implementation plans, timelines and provide regular updates to customers during implementation
- Configure customer instances and implement Compensation Plans for the required roles
- Provide onboarding assistance and training to customer admins and payees
Requirements
- 2-6 yrs of work experience Configuring / Selling software preferably in SaaS
- Experience in working with clients in North America/Europe/ANZ
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Understanding of data integrations and APIs
- Experience with working with spreadsheets/Excel models
Good to have
- Basic understanding of variable compensation models
- Experience in managing complex implementations
- Startup experience
