Job Overview
We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about work and can manage our projects. Technical Project Managers will act as a point of contact with our clients and deliver to the team. Project Manager will be responsible for tracking multiple projects of our company, They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as technical leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying and rectifing issues.
Responsibilities
• Must have excellent experience in database designing
• Resolving key client issues and complaints
• Must have excellent knowledge and experience in SDLC / STLC
• Must have excellent knowledge and experience in programming languages like Node.js, Angular.js and PHP etc.
• Must have excellent knowledge of OOPS concept and Data structure.
• Excellent Experience in Project Documentation.
• Managing communications between clients and internal teams
• Strategic planning to improve client results
• Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
• Candidate must be able to handle multible projects and project tracking.
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Candidate would be responsible for organizing, attending and participating in client meetings.
• Candidate will be responsible for documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Candidate should have an prior experience of team handling including developers , designers , QA team.
Essential Requirements
• Strong Clieint management skills
• Impeccable communication skills
• Strong written and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent management and organizational skills along with strong quantitative skills
• Experience performing basic data analysis (on Excel), an understanding of basic statistics, and a strong love of math and data are preferred
• Experience having handled complex multi-cleints projects and accounts is preferred
• Experience with the startup will preferably be advantage.
EducationalQualifications
B-Tech-IT/M-Tech -/MBA- IT/ BCA /MCA or any degree in the relevant field
