The Role

A creative individual who connects dots between the client and internal teams. The individual is responsible for understanding clients’’ needs, and ensuring that the company is meeting client’s expectations starting from developing their strategies for different streams, meeting regular milestones and overseeing all streams' work progress. Person is responsible to build relationships with executives and senior management of client businesses. Senior Brand Manager is a problem solver who analyses markets and helps brands to develop business goals for their products. Basically, a person is responsible for clients' engagement and satisfaction during all stages of services.

Job description:

  • Build solid client relationships and serve as key point contact for client queries, complaints and seeking advice about the services.

  • Advise clients on new solutions, upsell and cross sell for more services for generating more business for allocated clients. Finally ensuring that the client is satisfied and retained.

  • A creative individual with relevant experience with a mix of social media planning, content creation, and client handling exposure who could understand the client needs and oversee that delivery is happening as per the contract terms and service.

  • Leading and coordinating with other teams such as Digital marketing, Website Design, Creative and Social Media for sharing client’s requirements, strategy, and expectations and doing a regular followup with different teams and setting milestones for each team.

  • Person will responsible for for setting priorities, assigning work, ensuring completion, consistent for all teams’s deliveries

  • He/she should have strong experience working with digital / tech agencies servicing a large roster of clients. Person will be responsible for 15 - 20 key brands.

  • Incumbent needs to be part of each client brief / meeting. Ensuring the client’s aligned with our strategies and MOM are agreed with clients.

  • Person will be responsible for setting up meetings, plan and calendars to meet business goals for clients
