Junior Growth Marketer (3-6 months internship)

The user simply has to answer a few questions about their crypto knowledge, a risk assessment, and their investing goals, to ensure that our robo-advisor selects the best risk profile for them. Once they’ve made their first deposit, all they need to do is sit back and relax. From here on out, we'll handle everything.

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Growth Marketer to assist us in shaping CryptoSimple’s future and take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. Your main duties include supporting the CMO on a daily basis and managing current growth channels as well as find new channels and strategies to meet CryptoSimple's goals.

What you'll be doing

• Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
• Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
• Work with cross functional teams to establish growth strategies to meet CryptoSimple's goals.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

The ideal candidate

• You are passionate about growth marketing.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand bits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes.
• Ability to think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions.
• Understanding of the AAARRR funnel.
• No knowledge of cryptocurrency needed.
