The Role

Corso is looking for a head of demand generation to join our team!

We build software for busy e-commerce merchants who are looking to sustainably streamline their post-purchase experience.

We've been around since 2021, and we're serving hundreds of e-commerce brands like Hurley, Made By Mary, Frye Boots, SheFit, and more.

We've (sustainably) grown 800% since Q4 of 2021 🚀 and are looking to expand our product offering in Q3/Q4 of 2022.

About the Team

We are expanding our Growth team to further promote the Corso brand within the e-commerce space
This team is run by our co-founder, Paul Bartholomew, and will have an emphasis on creating inbound support for our talented sales org.

About You

  • 2-5 years of growth marketing, SEO, or relevant experience
  • You have an experimental mindset and like to build
  • You like to move fast
  • You have experience managing and analyzing paid and organic marketing campaigns - including PPC, paid and organic social media
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams and project management
  • You have familiarity leveraging martech stack / automation to drive growth - IE Hubspot, etc
  • What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy and execution of growth marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, qualified leads and more

  • You’ll support multi-channel go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with our product team

  • Leverage analytics and data—identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing channels to create a lead funnel strategy

  • Personalize the self-serve experience by targeting messaging and flows based on key personas, behavioral data, and more

  • Develop and deploy automated, multi-touch engagement programs (e.g., email/in product marketing,) for end user audiences across the customer lifecycle

  • You’ll work cross-functionally with the product growth team, as well as members of marketing, engineering and customer support
