The Partner Merchandising Manager is responsible for working with our wholesale dispensary accounts to ensure adoption of merchandising options and source/execute partner marketing/promotional opportunities. This position will influence the overall look and feel of Caliva products at retail stores, driving the customer experience across in-store displays (POP,etc.), advertising opportunity and ancillary partner marketing programs. Working closely with sales and marketing , the Partner Merchandising Manager ensures that stores are aligned with Caliva's values and priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and drive visual merchandising strategy for strategic retail accounts balancing brand identity and maximizing sales
Produce new and creative initiatives for visual layouts and customer experiences. partnering with other teams to execute initiatives
Launch partner promotional strategies in key account, measuring and reporting on success and ROI on promotional activities
Provide feedback on packaging and in-store brand appearance.
Gather data on brand awareness and product sell-through for wholesale channel throughout the state, measuring impact on merchandising and marketing Identify trends and opportunities for growth based on market travel and marketplace insights
Gather competitor intelligence (market, benchmark competition, pricing)
