bttn is the future of medical supply. We’re revolutionizing the way people access critical medical supplies. The current system is old, antiquated, and outdated. We give providers of all sizes options on how and when they receive their supplies and reduce the cost of healthcare for all.

The Role
The Business Development Manager (BDM), Partnerships is an essential part of our sales team + digital team with responsibility for growth and expansion. BDM, Partnerships manage our 30+ partners and is responsible for launching and managing initiatives to capitalize on the partnership. BDM, Partnerships also oversees expanding the partnerships program by acquiring and closing new partnerships. Once closed, BDM, Partnerships onboard, maintain, and grow that relationship. We are looking for excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for success in this role plus cross-team functionality and an aggressive self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage current healthcare association and coalition partnerships.
  • Engage in new partnership initiatives by acquiring new partnerships and grow our partnership base.
  • Close new partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing and PR team + Digital team to engage with partnerships weekly and launch new partnerships.
  • Work with Account Managers + BDMs to drive revenue through partnerships.
  • Bring strategic and creative ideas to promote partnership growth and expansion.
  • Manage business negotiations, and partner cross-functionally to develop and negotiate custom partnership agreements and repeatable templates to scale to broader partnerships.
  • Own partnership launches, working with cross-functional teams to ensure we meet contractual obligations.
  • Manage executive-level contacts with key partners.
  • Build quarterly reporting and status updates against well-defined goals for our partners.
  • Launch new partnership initiatives with Digital Team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a partnership, B2B business development and/or sales role, preferably in health tech, medical supply, healthcare or institutional consulting
  • Influential presence and the ability to quickly build trust and cultivate new relationships
  • Empathy for partners & customers with a passion for supporting them
  • Self-starter personality; ideal candidates will have experience working in rapidly-changing environments and adapting and
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
