Residential Sales Rep
This position is about developing relationships that will lead to increased brand awareness and sales. We are looking for a people person, who loves to socialize but is able to get things done. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as ability to seek out and grow new business partnerships. Will also be highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented. Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills are a must. The person must be flexible.
Help Build Sales
- Work on increasing residential designer sales (Researching residential designers all around the US and mailing out catalogs.)
- Identify and conduct outreach to new key accounts
- Manage assigned existing retailer accounts (Keep our retailers up to date with new products and new marketing materials. Make sure they have new and updated pieces in their store)
- Take care of walk in customers
- Be able to tell the Bend brand story
- Help customers with any questions they might have
- Make suggestions to customers that fit their needs
- Answer the Bend Phone and direct to the appropriate person.
- Bring people into the showroom. We need more designers coming in to test our products etc.
Help Arrange Showroom Events
- Book and organize showroom events
- Work out rental agreements with clients
- Sofar Sound Events
- Social Media Influencer Events
- Marketing Event
- Hold events with Interior designers who might be interested in our products
- Do outreach to certain companies to make them aware that our space is available for rent. We could even contact event companies and let them know the space is available.
Make sure showroom is looking good at all times.
- Water plants & make sure they are healthy
- Furniture arranged appropriately
- Everything should be in its right place
- Take care of the showroom
