BackerKit’s Creator Outreach team drives the revenue pipeline for our company. This critical role on our sales team, is responsible for scheduling qualified meetings with named accounts and high value leads. Working one-to-one on a team with an Account Executive, Creator Outreach Managers research, identify, and prospect for new BackerKit within lucrative territories. Our customers are passionate creatives and entrepreneurs, and on the Creator Outreach team you’ll get their attention with your authentic curiosity
and interest in their pursuits.

----How you can contribute to the team----
- Connect, qualify, and schedule meetings with our highest value prospects
- Find creative ways to gather information for target accounts and leads
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand requirements, decision-making processes, and timeframes
- Track all sales activities in SalesforceManage and prioritize a high volume of leads efficiently
- Understand creators’ needs and confidently communicate how BackerKit can help
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive more meetings
- Drive brand-awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking at conferences and other industry events (up to 30% travel)
- Your outreach is the first contact creators have with BackerKit. Above all, you’ll live and convey our values every single day!

- You think quickly on your feet, you're self-motivated, goal-driven, and not afraid to get your hands dirty to do some good old-fashioned schlepping.
- You’re creative, collaborative, and highly competitiveYou seek out feedback, and you have stories about the times a peer’s/manger’s/teacher’s/coach’s insight changed everything
- You're an excellent communicator: in writing, in person, and on the phone
- You want to grow in your career and are constantly looking for new opportunities to learn.
- You also have a real passion for doing things that are genuinely awesome, are stoked to work with the coolest crowdfunding projects, and excited to attend events like GenCon (games) and CES (consumer technology).
