New Product Integration Manager

As the New Product Integration Manager, you will be responsible for transition to production-based planning and execution for successful product release and delivery. This will be accomplished in collaboration with Project Management, Engineering and Manufacturing. Your primary goal is to drive and ensure flawless transition of product-specific deliverables from design to manufacturing and then to successful release. A successful New Product Integration Manager is a natural leader and facilitator; is driven, organized and detail oriented and excels in product/project management,

In detail you will:
- Facilitate new product launches and ensure product integration schedules are well defined and followed during execution. You will be responsible for the coordination of engineering, manufacturing and supply chain through product launch.
- Ensure a systematic and smooth transition from product development and test into manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the the product team to develop and maintain a project plan that releases low cost, scalable and reliable new products that follow the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional readiness reviews at various stages of the product life cycle.
- Negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers to meet the company and customers’ expectations.
- Influence and escalate issues internally. Provide analytical support and make recommendations regarding scheduling, materials, capacity planning, and manufacturability.

- U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US-only data systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business engineering or related field, electrical or mechanical multi-discipline experience preferred.
- Must have 5+ years of a combination of systems engineer/EE engineer/Mechanical engineer, technical program management, engineering project management, project engineering or product integration experience.
- You have an eye for detail, have business acumen and are an excellent communicator with demonstrated experience communicating to senior management (C-level) and project stakeholders. You have excellent cross-functional people management skills, consensus-building skills, risk mitigation skills, and excellent verbal and written skills.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, capabilities, limitations & procedures including UAS assembly, PCB design, testing equipment, prototyping etc.
