Product Manager (Crypto & Fintech)

EVERYDAY TASKS:

• Maintain and drive the product roadmap ensuring that the roadmap is up-to-date and communicated to the wider business
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, features and stories to ensure they provide the most value
• Define user personas for within Clients and Suppliers
• Write market requirements documents
• Write product requirements and use scenarios, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both the required technology and market needs
• Be the customer-first voice of the market within the development and design teams
• Act as Product Owner within the agile team
• Run design sprints with UX designers working on interaction design for POCs and prototypes
• Create mockups, wireframes, and input into design prototypes
• Able to work with management in order to prioritize the importance of different initiatives and CM requests brought forward by the different stakeholders around the business
• Drive development team discovery and feasibility tasks for product opportunities
• Own final sign-off of UAT by working with the QA team
• Possess strong stakeholder management – you must be able to build good relationships with business and technical client users of varying levels of seniority
• Be able to work across a cross-functional team

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years plus experience as a technical product manager or similar role
• At least 3 years of experience working within a fintech startup
• Experience in all stages of Product Development from inception, requirements, design, development, testing, and go-to-market
• Experience in building sophisticated technical solutions within an agile software development environment
• Have a strong technical knowledge of software development, multi-platform, APIs, and user experience design
• Experience in working with a cross-section of business and technical teams
• Experience in a fast-growing tech startup, working from home, and a distributed workforce
