Arival Bank is looking for an Account Manager (Crypto&Fintech) to develop strong relationships with existing customers and attract new clientele.

EVERYDAY TASKS:

  • Discover creative ways to establish strong relationships with VIP clients, and existing leads
  • Formulate sales outreach strategies to target potential customers in the crypto & blockchain, tech, and fintech space
  • Create and execute the plans of customer growth, acquisition, and activation
  • Work closely with the Product and CX teams to properly communicate product value to potential clients
  • Externally, operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client and the relationship
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Maintain knowledge on company product offering and market trends

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
  • At least 2-3 years experience in sales or account management in the crypto world
  • The proactive and innovative approach combined with a customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions as well as collaborate effectively with a team
  • Willingness to work across different time zones with global and regional teams
