Overview:
Your key role will be to connect with students and colleges across the country, take up revenue responsibility and describe how Nextstacks can help upskill the students and make them more employable. The role demands contributing individually in an employee-oriented, highly competitive environment with an emphasis to grow Nextstack's vision across the country. You will be working with an amazing team and will have tremendous opportunities to learn and grow quickly within the startup ecosystem.
Designation: Business Development Associate
Experience: 1+ years’ of experience in relevant field(Ed-tech industry preferred)
Job Location: Bangalore/Bhubaneswar

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Must have keen interest in education and mentoring students.
  • Contacting potential customers (students and colleges) to set up meetings, counsel the students on the domains offered.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, and staff of colleges.
  • Host live sessions and take feedback from students regularly for smooth operations.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with students & stakeholders from colleges, while maintaining existing relationships - Nurturing your customers.
  • Collating and maintaining student information in the Excel/CRM database.
  • Proficiency in sales and smartly positioning ideas.
  • Deliver exceptional sales pitches and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet given deadlines and reach assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools ( Freshworks is an added advantage).**

Salary

  • Annual CTC 3,00,000 P.A - 3,50,000 LPA
  • Salary mentioned above will have deductions such as ESI, TDS etc. as per government regulations. In hand, the salary after deductions will be lower than the salary. Detailed salary breakup is provided along with the offer letter.
  • Annual incentive/bonus based on your performance.
