The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current client in order to aid client in their success using our service. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
● Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in client’s success
● Create and maintain relationships with client to better understand and achieve their needs
● Make visits to our client to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
● Manage all reporting about the health of client’s accounts
● Ideating communication strategies for the clients, self driven, client relationships and inter department skills.
● Making and presenting the pitch presentation
● Develops marketing and communication strategies for assigned accounts.
● Contacting potential clients, consultative selling, cold calling, warm calling (exiting clients) to introduce agency services to clients across various industries
● Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market place, including regular analysis of campaign plan and performance and present findings to clients
● Work closely with other departments to ensure flow of process in the right place
● Passion towards business development, marketing, client servicing, advertising & PR, impromptu thinking out of the box ideas
● Ability to organize and self-direct to get things done.
