Digital Marketing Specialist

We, AfterSchool aims at providing students with a personalized, effective yet fun learning experience & helps them to achieve their university dream.
We’re now looking for someone to grow our user base with social media, & bring this brand-new learning solution to students at HK. Together with you, we can disrupt the traditional education & tutoring, & provide our students with the best learning environment ever!

[Your Responsibilities]
- Assist in content development to ensure creative and engaging content delivery on social media (Instagram Pages with over 70K students followers)
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive user growth and improve retention & conversion.
- Work with content writers to produce and edit high quality blog content to meet SEO best practices.
- Develop partnership with tutors, tutorial centers, student KOLs for marketing & content development.
- Assist our tutors to produce quality online courses by designing promotional materials, reviewing & editing course materials.
- Handle students’ enquiries patiently through WhatsApp & be friends with them.

[Requirements]
- Demonstrable experience in social media management, content marketing.
- Good understanding on secondary students' psychology (i.e. a the latest trends in their circles).
- Knowledge in SEO, SEM, graphic design & video editing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, smart & highly responsible with passion in creating a better learning environment for HK students using technology and a desire in breaking out of the traditional education system framework.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.

[What We Offer]
- Salary: $14,000 - $16,000 per month (depending on your experience)
