Awesome, then you might be the UX Designer we’re looking for.
As a Product Designer (UX) you will:
Build next-generation patient experiences and platform capabilities, expand into new markets, create better ways for our patients to interact with therapists, optimizing internal operations and processes, and lots more.
Work alongside some of the most talented technologists out there, with Product, Engineering, data science, clinical ops forming a tight, high-performing team.
Lead our team in molding an inclusive design practice that scales across our platform and reaches into the larger ecosystem of digital healthcare services.
Craft beautiful web, mobile and print experiences that connect the dots between patient needs, data, business goals, and clinical insights.
Formulate plans for validating design which include methods such as user inquiry, prototyping, and co-design.
Build wireframes, journey maps, user flows, and system diagrams to think and communicate ideas that impact the end-to-end patient experience.
Closely collaborate within your multidisciplinary product team to plan, build, and ship new platform capabilities.
Present a range of design concepts, see between the lines, give and take feedback well, actively research behavior change UX concepts, and take the team in new directions.

Designed products for Healthcare Providers & Patients
4+ years of experience working within an “in-house” product team, or an agency iterating the Experience Design of new or existing products.
Experience in adapting and implementing Design frameworks such as Material, React Native and iOS
You’ve shipped something across several platforms. You know what translates from desktop and what doesn’t, or why you’d opt for one solution for iOS and another on Android.
