Senior Full Stack Engineer

We focus a lot on the UX and UI and are a design first company. Our product lifecycle usually involves rapid design iterations, frequent deployments and user testing, and we rely on a lot of collaboration between engineers and designers to create the best experiences for our users.

Our team is looking for engineers with 4+ years of React and Java experience to work on customer engagement & personalization products yet to be announced.

What we look for:
• Expertise in the browser web stack (HTML5/CSS)
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript and React for the frontend, and Java for the backend

What you will do:
• Work on a web-based personalization and engagement platform
• Collaborate with the designers in the process of creating design mock ups & frontend development
• Collaborate with the back-end developers in the process of building RESTful APIs

Our hiring process is simple:

• After a CV screen, we send you a short test which you need to finish within two days
• After going through your submission, we give you a call to discuss your solution within a week
• We call you in for an interview, and then get back to you with a decision within a week

Our interview focuses on discussing the work you have done (at work, or in side projects) and diving deep into the technical decisions you made in those projects. We will ask about your area of expertise and expect you to teach us a thing or two. We also try our best to reciprocate and hope you come out of the interview learning something new, too!
