Mission for this Role:
As a Sales Professional, you understand you keep the company going and do all it takes in an ethical and transparent manner to win large deals.
Outcome:
• Accurately predict sales forecasts for your vertical/region.
• Establish a network of influencers, C-level executives, and sales partners to grow sales month on month.
• Work with the Marketing and Internal lead gen team closely to ensure there are leads that are getting converted to meaningful conversations with potential customers.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reports or Audits to ensure that the customer is engaged and satisfied
The candidate is responsible for:

Competencies:
Work experience:
• 6+ years of work experience and a demonstrated track of quota achievement over the years in an enterprise software sales setting. Proven experience in driving sales with large enterprise customers in India is required.
• SaaS and BFSI experience highly preferred.
• Ability to understand the customer’s business objective and articulate value proposition to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop ‘C’ level relationships quickly and maneuver through multiple decision makers in enterprises (as is the case with actyv customers) and drive consensus across the board.
• Needs to be hands-on, flexible and ready to work in a high-growth start up environment.
• Responsible for quota achievement (Revenue and logos), Independently managing a set of accounts and accurate sales forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the value proposition to both business and technology stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of quota achievement over years in Enterprise software sales setting.
• Must have converted sales with C-level and multiple decision makers in a matrix environment
Skills:
- Ability to stay cool and calm in high pressure environments
- Feet on Street approach and hands-on with delivery
- Proven experience in scaling a start-up (optional)
- Adept with CRM skills
- Alignment with the company vision
- Existing rolodex of clients/ contacts/ C-level relationships
