Blockchain Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps experienced in blockchain to help us deploy, maintain, and take care of our node infrastructure while sharing a passion for Proof of Stake. With blockchain being such a fast-paced industry and innovations coming up every day, we have a preference for fast learners and put a strong focus on execution.

Objectives of the Role

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of blockchain technology and previous experience working in a similar position.

• Deploy and maintain node infrastructure
• Building and maintaining a multi-region/datacenter setup
• Deployment automation with Docker, K8s and Helm
• Write technical documentation/articles
• Implement logging, monitoring and similar solutions
• Independently identify problem areas and take ownership to improve them

Skills and Experience

• Experience with main Cloud Providers (GCP, AWS, etc..)
• Experience with Bare Metal Servers
• Comfortable with at least one of the following languages: Python, Javascript/Typescript, or Golang.
• Good understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, NAT, Routing, Load Balancing, Firewalls, etc).
• Experience in building and maintaining monitoring/logging/alerting stacks (ELK stack, Prometheus stack, Grafana, etc).
• Experience in Linux systems administration skills including shell scripting, network administration, and managing server infrastructures.
• Experience in version control using git
• Understand how blockchains work
• Experience working in high uptime 24/7
• Security best practices
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/sub projects simultaneously, organizational skills
• Have a good level of English
