• LuvHut® is searching for a software engineer who also possesses the foundational skills and experiences of a co-founder and/or CTO. This individual has at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of scaling startups, mobile applications, mobile development, UX/UI, and project management.

About This Role

• Collaborate with Mercury Development on product roadmap.
• Assist the CEO on product development and overall strategy.
• Enhance company's long-term vision.
• Support fundraising rounds in a technical manner for investors.
• Experience working in small teams in a startup environment.
• Analyze channels, create strategies, and have experience in launching new products.
• Enhance the current UX/UI standards of our beta-app all the way to product launch.
• Manage high-end security, in-app updates, and routine maintenance.
• Ability to apply social trends, user behavior, and integrative solutions.
• Create, track, and analyze performance data in a resourceful manner.

*Required Skills

• BS or BA in Business or Technology field
• 3+ years experience using Python, React, HTML5, or C++
• 3+ years of startup experience and/or business ownership *Experience with dating apps is a plus. Located in OR around Boston is also a plus. *

Compensation

• The desired applicant will receive 3-7% equity based on their experience and discussion upon interview.
