At Takvaviya (soon to be a different name ;-)) we are building products across the image analytics domain and our core focus is on User-centricity for Enterprise customers and the simplicity of our platforms. You would be working in an organisation with different domains of expertise and with various backgrounds. You core function would be on refining, ideating & building new aesthetics on our product suite with a keen sense of understanding of customer needs.

What do we expect?

1. Understand product specifications and user psychology
2. Conduct concept and atusability testing and gather feedback
3. Create personas through user research and data
4. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
5. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
6. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
7. Should need to understand and implement the latest style libraries on the frontend
8. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

What is needed?

1. good experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, and Frontend developer
2. Background in project management and research
3. Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
4. Knowledge of Bootstrap 4, Material design and other latest libraries
5. Knowledge of HTML5/CSS; JavaScript is a must
