We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic marketing manager to join our remote based team. You are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage your time and duties efficiently.

About the role

As a Marketing Manager you will play a central part in working with the executive team to define and execute on the marketing strategy. In a nutshell, your role revolves around tailoring and preparing a laser focused strategy to reach our target market and also help execute it to generate and convert leads.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Alongside the CEO and operational team you will build and drive the marketing strategy.
  • You will be responsible for crafting, executing, owning and measuring marketing and communication activities among other duties such as (ROI, CRO, Conversion rates), ensuring brand stewardship, support digital acceleration and creative excellence in support of defined marketing objectives.
  • You have proven experience in producing new illustrations and content for our social media channels including promotional videos and trailers for our video channel.
  • Work alongside with the designer in producing content as necessary.
  • Own, execute and drive web and social media updates (linkedin, facebook, twitter, youtube etc.);
  • You have strong experience using traditional and new media to make sure marketing messages are heard and seen by our target audiences, provide sales and marketing support for the organisation for tradeshows/events and collaborate with the team and third parties.
  • Coordinate with the designer on branding initiatives, e.g. update of digital assets, marketing materials and branded items;
  • You will own presentation proofing and materials ownership;
  • Working closely with the Sales team and leadership team to ensure high quality materials are delivered to leads/users;
  • Drive and follow-up with third parties on copy, graphic design, SEO/SEM and digital campaigns;
  • Media: You will drive and own creation of articles/ads in specialised industry magazines, article exchange with other blogs;
  • Assist in overall monthly and campaign level reporting of marketing KPI performance vs goals.

Working hours

This is a full-time role, however working hours are flexible as we are a fully remote team spread across Europe (GMT to GMT+6). You may need to work additional hours as per the demands of the role, i.e. when developing a big marketing campaign or working against tight deadlines.

PROFILE

We will pay more attention to your achievements than your degree.
The following will be an advantage :

  • you have worked with a Saas company
  • you are familiar or understand the facility management sector
  • you want to evolve in a growing scale-up
  • experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • copywriting skills (English language) and creativity to help produce marketing materials
  • knowledge of using CMS systems, Capterra or similar platforms, Google Analytics
  • social media acumen
  • an eye for detail
  • the ability to work well under pressure
  • teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
  • drive, self-motivation and initiative to take on new tasks
  • a flexible approach to work
  • willingness to develop skills and experience both within the marketing discipline and the tech industry
  • experience using Adobe tools and a portfolio to showcase examples of creatives/copies.
  • experience running paid social media and search advertising campaigns

Mandatory - you are fluent in French and English
