Flutter Mobile App Developer (Full-time, Beijing)

You will be responsible for:
工作职责：

1. Working with our Director of Engineering and our frontend team to build our cross-platform Flutter mobile app. 与我们的工程总监和前端团队合作来构建我们的跨平台Flutter移动应用程序。
2. Designing, implementing and testing our systems with maintainability and flexibility in mind. 能够持续性且灵活地设计、实施并测试我们的系统。
3. Working with product and frontend teams to turn requirements into actionable tasks. 与产品部门和前端团队合作来将需求量化为可行性任务。
4. Taking part in team meetings to discuss issues and solutions and collectively meet deadlines. 参加团队会议的问题及解决方案的探讨，并共同按时完成任务。

This might be for you if you have:
工作要求：

1. At least 1 year of experience building apps with Flutter / Dart in a professional environment. 有至少1年在专业环境中使用Flutter / Dart构建应用程序的经验。
2. Strong programming fundamentals (e.g. OOP, asynchronous programming, algorithm design, etc.). 拥有强大的编程基础（例如掌握OOP，非同步编程，算法设计等）。
3. Good understanding of web technologies (e.g. REST API, etc.). 对网络技术有良好的理解（例如REST API等）。
4. Good communication skills, a sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, and a desire to learn. 有良好的沟通能力、责任心、严格的工作态度和强烈的学习欲望。
5. Fluency in English (required). 有流利的英文表达能力。（必备要求）

1. We would consider it a strong plus if you have published an app to an app store (iOS and / or Android). 如果您已将应用程序发布到应用程序商店（iOS和或Android），会被优先考虑。
