Coach Catalyst is the name. Serving coaches is the game.

We help them (gyms, nutritionists, life coaches, etc…) change more lives by giving them an accountability and communication platform to use with their clients.

We are a remote team, but the baby was born in Madison Wisconsin.

We work for our coaches but we also need a great experience for their clients. If our coaches look good, everyone wins. The mobile experience for the client is extremely important and we want our mobile developer to own that aspect.

We are in need of a Mobile Developer who has strong experience working with both iOS and Android development. This person will drive the mobile experience of our product. Help establish practices and processes to enhance our applications and product and adhere to industry standards. This person will be an integral part of designing and deploying our mobile applications and to seamlessly integrate with our systems.

Your work would impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and you would have a hand in making the world a healthier and happier place by building a platform for coaches.

Coach Catalyst, formerly habit catalyst, was conceived by two gym owners that wanted to impact their clients outside of the gym. Help them eat better, sleep better, and just live healthier happier lives.

This mission still lives on, but not in addition to using it in our own facilities, we have hundreds of coaches using it in theirs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Improve native applications for both iOS and Android
• Provide support and testing for the mobile applications
• Deploy and manage the apps in the app stores
• Identify and find solutions to optimize application performance
• Work with the team to create a world class application
• Bring ideas to the table (remember, we don’t want a cog in a massive wheel)
• Provide support and ideas for system enhancements
• Provide support when there is an issue that needs to be addressed for the end users
