Software Developer

We are an infrastructure development company working in the field of construction of ballastless metro track, railway sidings, bridges, buildings, residential societies, and land development. Our company has grown to a mid-size stature where a lot of ERP components are required. However, we wish to build our applications based on requirements and stakeholder (employees, clients, managers, etc.) acceptance and usage. Therefore we seek to develop our portals and software functionality module by module. For example, the first few modules to be developed would be User Roles and Access Control Management System, Workflow Process Management Systems, Employee/Manager Dashboards, CRUD Tables, etc. You will work closely with the top management in eliciting system requirements and going through the various design phases hand in hand with the day to day demands of an actual business. You will feel yourself to be a part of the business and will naturally come to understand a part of the construction industry as well as management and company logics. This position requires self sufficiency as you shall not have technical help from within the company. The remuneration shall be based on basic pay plus delivery of milestones . Core Experience:
· Experience in Linux, Php, Python and its assoicated frameworks, Design Patterns and MVC Frameworks.
. Experience in working with APIs of different applications.
· Sound knowledge of RDBMS like MySQL, including schema design and database maintenance
· Proficient in general programming, logic, problem solving, data structures & algorithms
· Exposure to AWS or independent server setup and maintenance is a huge plus.
Job Responsibilities:
· Design, Development and Delivery of PHP/Python based enterprise-grade applications.
· Ensure best practices, quality and consistency within various design and development phases, server maintenance knowledge is a plus.
· Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.
