Onboarding Angel Lead

Based in Santa Monica, Hailo provides professional and affordable on-demand tech support via a network of fully vetted Independent Technicians throughout Los Angeles. Hailo Angels deliver a wide range of services, focusing on computer support and repair, home networks, smart home devices, and televisions. We are at the intersection of several powerful trends, including the "gig" economy, smart homes, and in-home aging.
Hailo is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to develop our pool of Independent Contractors. Our Technicians are the soul of our operation, and this position will be the face of Hailo for all future Tech talent. You will be tasked with identifying strong candidates and driving the expansion of our Tech network. In this role, you will review video interviews, conduct phone screens, and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for our Technicians.
