SF Bay Area - Account Executive

XP Health is on a mission to reinvent vision care by providing employees with eye exams to finished prescription glasses in one hour at the convenience of their own corporate office.

We combine AI, augmented reality, and seamless software integration with traditional optometry to deliver this hyper-convenient and delightful experience for employees.

Think of it as vision “pop-ups” at the company’s offices.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Redwood City, CA and to be focused on the San Francisco Bay Area.

As the Account Executive, your daily duties will consist of:

• Generating new business accounts through face to face sales, benefit broker referrals and networking.
• Target clients are companies around the San Francisco Bay Area with 300 to 5,000 employees in a single office.
• Managing the full sales cycle including proposals
• Directly reporting into the CEO while working autonomously and collaborating with fellow team members
• Generating leads and attend meetings regularly every month through networking and general prospecting
• Managing sales pipeline on Hubspot
• Reporting weekly and monthly KPIs
• Occasional travel, as needed

As the Account Executive, your background should include:

• 5+ years of proven significant experience selling benefits to medium or large enterprise businesses
• Outstanding communication skills; confident, articulate and persuasive
• Hungry, humble, curious, scrappy and autonomous
• Excited to join a fast-growth health-tech startup
• Bachelor’s degree required
