About Us

CLV Marketing has been a leader in the FoodService Manufacturers’ Agents field since 1985 and has come to be known not only for strengths in sales and customer service but for the integrity and quality of character of the entire team. In this rapidly evolving market and industry, CLV Marketing seeks to continue leading the field with a number of initiatives that include an exciting new showroom and office in Manhattan.

So who is our next star?

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales and Customer Service teams.

This role requires you to master three key focus areas:

#1 Sales Team Support
Our sales team is on the road or out in the field. Your role would be that of an inside sales support, entering and monitoring and making sure leads are entered into our CRM system. This role includes processing sample orders, fielding customer service issues and providing order confirmations. You will also assist our sales reps with hands on research for new clientele.

#2 Office Administrative Support
You are a team player. In this role, you will support our current customer service in processing orders, interacting with customers, updating database and tracking customer files. You will make sure the business runs smoothly by keeping sales literature up to date, and ensuring our CRM is up to date for each lead or opportunity we bring in. You will process samples of current inventory and send them out to customers.

#3 Organization
You love keeping things in order. Your personality will shine through our digital presence as well since your voice will be a big part of our social media presence. You will assist the Marketing Manager and Sales Support Manager with customer satisfaction and implementing marketing strategies as necessary.

Extremely comfortable using the phone as main communication tool
A resourceful problem solver
Comfortable with data entry
Strong organizational skills
Calm under pressure
Familiarity in CRM Platforms, specifically Salesforce and Hubspot
Expertise in Microsoft Office &/or Google G Suite (Specifically Excel or Sheets)
Comfort with cloud-based software
Sharp attention to detail (we process orders, one digit makes all the difference)
Comfortable with supporting multiple departments (Sales, Customer Service & Marketing)
