Wealth Manager - Growth & BD

You will be responsible for generating leads by identifying and developing new opportunities for
Lendbox, specifically in the HNI community of individual and institutional investors looking to
explore alternative investment classes
● You will be a full-stack member of the team, reporting directly to co-founders of the company
● You will also own the post-sales relationships with Lendbox investors that you onboard. It is
critical to maintain strong relationships with these partners as they provide a bulk of the capital
on our platform.
● You will provide a phenomenal onboarding experience and work cross-functionally and across all
levels of the organization in delivering Lendbox’s products to our investors.
● You will build trusted relationships, leading to additional investments and willingness to partner
on new opportunities, as well as develop strong rapport with internal stakeholders to maintain
their support in meeting our investors’ needs.
● You will have opportunities to collaborate with others, form intelligent opinions, and help drive
good decisions throughout the company.
● You will also identify where there are opportunities for the business to do things differently, be
encouraged to run with new ideas, and have the chance to drive your own projects from inception
to completion.
You have excellent people skills and an ability to work effectively with business leaders including
at the SVP/CFO/CEO level
