Purpose of Hiring
LMX Direct’s content team will create a bunch of content every week
The content has to be published to various platforms, websites, social media sites and other locations
Any engagement on the profiles or third-party websites needs to be addressed
All actions on the digital marketing front need to be recorded and analyzed
Reports need to be created based on the brand’s performance on each platform
Key Responsibilities
Strong understanding of digital platforms – social media, email marketing, video marketing and content marketing
Basic understanding of community management
Creative Skills:
Basic video editing skills – creating videos from PowerPoint presentations
Basic Image editing skills – using free tools like Canva
Social Media: Publishing posts, community management, managing engagements, listening activities
Content Creation: Create articles for the blog, video scripts and videos (from PPTs), reports, case studies, etc. with emphasis on data-led talking points and research
Email Marketing: Creating regular emailers, newsletters and other campaign specific emailers
Basic HTML knowledge is a bonus

Understand basic principles of A/B and Multivariate testing
Understand SEO principles and testing
Understand Google Analytics and other analytics platforms – especially for report generation
Online Media Buying: Understand basic principles of campaign management and execution
Candidate Characteristics

Good article writing capabilities
