The Role

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and affiliate/influencer marketing.
Design, create content and maintain all our social media presence
Come up with ideas and strategy to improve and maintain engagement across all social media channels.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Brainstorm new and creative Digital growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on all social media channels
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Take full responsibility for the planning, creating and maintaining of all ongoing and future presence of the company on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook Ad manager and Instagram etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Prepare online newsletters, blogs and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Be responsible for weekly podcasts with students and employees. Come up with the content, topic and schedule it. Follow through with recording, editing and publishing it across all possible channels.
Be proactive, take initiative and responsibility for all work done.
Building and growing our YouTube Channel by coming up with good content strategy and executing them.
