Operations Associate

Minibar Delivery is looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter to join our team as an Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences for all of Minibar Delivery’s store partners as we rapidly expand and grow the business.

In this role, you will get to own entire territories and the supplier network and metrics of those stores. Through these relationships you will be responsible for helping to improve the overall customer experience. This job mainly involves working with our network of managers/owners of our store partners. You will be responsible for improving data quality and inventory availability, monitoring and improving store’s lates and out of stock metrics and being the daily point person for those stores as well as collections and invoicing.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Nurture Minibar supplier relations.
- Assist in expansion planning.
- Assist in day-to-day operations.
- Data analysis and monthly reporting.
- Continuously strive to identify and improve operations to delight current and future customers.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years’ relevant work experience.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with an incredible drive to get things done.
- Excellent problem solving abilities, and a passion for making people happy.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer industry is a plus.
- Outstanding work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, consistent, hard-working, and a team player!
