Our Requirement:
Fluency in written & verbal English in US accent is a must.
Should be willing to coordinate with clients over the phone/email.
Should be willing to work 5 days. Alternate Saturdays will be working .
Fully 60% Non Voice [ Through Mail ] and 40% conversation over phone.
Should have experience on handling the US clients
Working Hours - Night Shift - 9:00 pm to 6.30 am.
