Demand Manager

Develop and foster business through strategic partnerships and build action plans to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

Key responsibilities:
 Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Sales.
 Update B2B sales sheet with database, also update financial objectives monthly.
 Represent the shared concept while also promoting the same in various events and exhibition.
 Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips by corporate clients.
 Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
 Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.
 Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
 Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
 Up selling Tours and Experiences beyond accommodation while also proposing custom experiences like block printing activity for clients.
 Payment reconciliation and collection of B2B existing and new accounts.
 Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
