Superheroes will need to source new business opportunities through cold calls, establish network of relationships with key decision makers and leverage these relationships for generating new business. They will also own and manage customer projects and will work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales and Head of Solutions to take the company and business to new frontiers.

Required Candidate profile

Applying individuals would have to possess the following superskills:
- Ability to do cold calling and lead generation via phone and email
- Great communication, since this will involve interacting with our global client base
- Strong exposure on handling US, Europe markets and willingness to work during US, Europe business hours
- Developing and executing Inside Sales plans to achieve leads
- Strong analytical skills with a flair for business
- Aggressive selling approach and yet be a good team player
- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Track record of over-achieving business targets
- Understanding of internet technologies and media - because the future is about engagement
- Leadership, because we expect the early joiners of our start-up to become leaders over time
- Vision & team-spirit, because that's what it takes to build a world-leading company
