Sales Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, develop and evaluate sales strategies to meet Company objectives.
• Use market intelligence to ascertain available jobs and lobby for jobs with loss adjusters and insurers.
• Lead all sales activities and assist in advertising and promotional activities
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor’s data
• Maintain daily contact via emails, text messaging and telephone calls to engage insurers, brokers and loss adjusters for latest market development and intelligence.
• Lobby for forensic, restoration, training assignments and any other services with clients
• Hold presentations independently or with AGI’s consultants/specialists’ teams
• Discuss with insurers and loss adjusters on current cases and engage AGI
• Check all media (web & print) for the latest cases needing services of AGI

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in general insurance or loss adjusting is an advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have strong business acumen, determined, driven and self-motivated.
• Have the ‘’can-do must-do” attitude and is results oriented.
• Good planning and execution of sales strategies
• Good command in English & Mandarin
• Pleasant friendly personality
• Willing to travel

Side Note:

Base Salary: RM4,000 - RM 5,000.

Competitive commissions scheme:

o RM 0 - RM 20,000 - 0%
o RM 20,000 - RM 50,000 - 3%
o RM 50,001 - RM 100,000 - 4%
o RM 100,001 - RM 250,000 - 5%
o RM 250,001 - RM 1,000,000 - 6%
o RM 1,000,000 ABOVE - 8%
